Wueelixg, May 16. The Central Committee of S.ifety met tbis morning, Jobu S. Cavlislc presiding. After an expression of sentiment, it tv;is found to be uuanimous iu fav.or of holding tho convention on the llth of June. Delegates to bc elected on the 4th. Tho separate State moveinent also receivcd the endorseinent of the Central Comtnittce. They require arms, arnmunition and money from friends to the Union, to encourage and sustain t!em. Capt. Wm. Craig, United States army, raustered in a new compuny to-day. - One company from Wellsburg landed at Wheciiug Ieland with arms and ammunition. Anns have been supplied to forces alreidy on the island, amounting to 8OU30 800 Mueh depends upou the policy of the admiuistration iu regard to ■ rcorganizing the new Stato If the right of separation is acknowledgcd, tho feat 13 accomplished, unless the secession element in Western Virginia is inora fully aroused than it is now.
