Washington, May 18. The First Michigan Regiment, Colonel Willcox, was reviewcd by the President this afternoon. This regiment is acconipanicd by a fine band ot music, is officered by ninc graduatcs of West Poinf, and made a splendid appcarance as it marohed down Pennsylrauia avenue. Special Tisjintch of the lí. Y Tribune. Washington, May 18. No regiment that has yet arrived lias erea'ed sueh an excitement as the Michigan First. Gen. Cass feit great interest in equipping and preparing its men, and feit, as well he might, great pride in t.heir appearance. Witii their band they paraded the avenue this afternoon, and paid their respeets to Mr. Lincoln, who expressed hiinself higbly gratified with their martial air. Michigan may well feel honored in such representatives. - They number 800, and will probnbly quarter at the Patent Offico. Special Dispatch to the X. Y World. Washington, Maj 18. Two or taree more Michigan regiments are expooted hcre in a few days. Tho one whioh arrived here last night is highly complimented. It wiil have a field battery here on Monday. The Ist Regiment of Michigan Infantry will go into camp on Monday, in the rear of Wiliard's, their camp equipiuents having reached Annapolis on their way hithor. The general healtli of this fino regiment is excellent, and tho men are in good spirits. Tbeir destinatioa is Fortresf Monroe.
