()., says that fortytiiroo Federal vessals are at Hatteras. An official disputen received at Wümington on the 19th inst. Ir om Goldsboro on the lOth, says that thirtyfour small steamers and sixteen sail vessels wero ineide, and severi largo steamers outside Hatteras. More are expected in Para liep ïaound. The above may be relied on, as it comes from an oifieerin Hyde county. New York, Jan. 21.
