On cigars, valued at not over fivo dolJars per thousand, fifteen cents per pounds-increase, 5 cen's. On cigars valued at over fivo dollars nnd not over ton dollars per thousand twenty centa per pound - inerease, 5 cents. On cig.irs valued at over ten dollar per thousand, and not over twenty dol ars, twenty-five cents per pound- increaso, 5 cents.
