Camp Of Instruction Established
Washington, June 9. General order No. 69, just, issued is ís follows : WAR BULLETIN. A camp of instruction for 50,000 men, cavíiliv, artillcry and infíintry in duc proportions, will be immediately formud near Annapolis, Md. Major General Wool, United States army, will commancl the camp, in additiou to his tinties as department commander. The ground will bo selected and tbe troops, which will lic assemblee] as rapidly as posf-ible uiider orders from the War Department, will be placed in pjsition as the-y arrive. Brigadier Gen. S. 1'.
