Webster, formevly of Groveland in this county, and at ouu time a inember of tho State Legislature, died recently at Ilichmond, Va., a so eessionist. - Pontiac Jacksonian. Our neighbor of the JacJcsonian is very mucli mistaken in prououncing Mr. Webster a secessionist, Ile was a stronc Union man, and for bcing such was scizcd on his farm near Fairfax C. II., taken to Iiichraond, and died in prison. Two of lus sons wero impressed into the " Seoesh " army, but deserted at the time of the Buil liuu fight, and are now on their father's farm.
