Washington, July 6. No more furloughs will be granted to ' returned prisoners. All furloughs heretofore given them aro hereby revoked, and all prisoners now at largo on their paroles, or who muy hcreafter be -paroled by tbe rebel authorities, will imniediately repair, if belonging to regiraentB ruised in New England and the Middle States, to the Camp of Instruction established near Annapolis, Md.; if belongiug to regiments mised in Virginnia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, índiana and Michigan to Camp Chase near Columbu, Ohio ; if belonging to regiments raísed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri to the' oamp near Jofferson Barracks, Mo., and report for such duty compa tibio with their parole as niay be assigned to them by the officers in command of saideamps; and al!, whether offioers or soldier, who fail to coniply with this order within tbe space of time noeessary, will be acoounted deseitors und dealt with awordingly.
