The Paris Pays of July 16, gives thefol lowing as the words of Garibuldi at Palerino, which have been so stronly remarked in the Turin Chamber of Deputies : " The ruler of France occupies Rome under pretext of proteoting the Pope's person, religiĆ³n and Oatholocism. Falsehood ! Falseliood I People o!' the Siciliau Vespers - people of 1860 - it is ureent nnd it is neeessiry that the Frencli should leave Rome ! If needful, preparo new Vespers ! Every citizen who hns the cmaneipation of the country at heait ought to shnrpon his stiletto !"
