The Lansing Repullican, is published on the fojlowing tèrms : "One copy, one year, $1,00; eleven copies to one address, 10,00. Twenty copies to one address, $17.00" - or eiyhty-five cent a year. - These are ratos whioh are extremely low in ordiuary times, but with print 'paper advanced 100 per cent. and everything else aeeordingly they are ruinous ratos, and yet this " State Journal " or the State i'tscJf, affords a sheet printed regularly upon fine heavy look paper, and has iis yet said nothing about advaneing the terma.
