New York, April 13. The stcamcr Roanoke, from New Orlcans 5tb, and Havana 8th, bas arrived. The steamer IMarion was wreeked on Double-headid Shot Keycs on the 5tb inst. She will prove a total loss. Dates from Mexico are to the 22JP Peubla 23d March, and Vera Cruz, April Ist. Nothing bas been done in the vioinity of Peubla except skinnishes, resulting rather to the discomfort of the Frencli. No news was allowed to leak out from Vera Cruz. A general order had been issued at Orisea inposing a heavy penalty on all who even talk of affairs at Peubla. The Vanderbilt was at Havana.
