Henley, ofj Delhi, and R. A. Beal, of Dexter, were efected honorary delegates. _ The Chicago people are expecting ggreat rush ; hotel accorainodations have all been taken up in advauce, and a coinmittee has been appointed to billet delesates and vistors at private houses.
