He receired clothing and bounty from the government, and went ith regiment into tlie field. After retnrning home for nvhile on furlough he rejoined his regiment and then deserted. On coming baek he was arrested as a deserter, and yesterday appl;ed for a writ hhns co-pits on the ground of having enlisted while a minor. Judge Wilkios held that, altbeugh a minor, the faet of nis having received olothing and bounty from the governraent rendered his enlistment valid, and refuse to discharge
