On coming baek he was arrested as a deserter, and yesterday appl;ed for a writ hhns co-pits on the ground of having enlisted while a minor. Judge Wilkios held that, altbeugh a minor, the faet of nis having received olothing and bounty from the governraent rendered his enlistment valid, and refuse to discharge
