A general railroad loan bilí has heea defeated in the House, and one or two special bilis authoringcounties and towns to lend their credit fco railroads have passed both Senate and House. Two or three " Soldiera' Suffrago " bilis are under consideratioD, and enough of other business recommended by special message to oocupy tbs fuH time the Legisla ture can remain in session.
