Locomotives Seized

l'ortland, March 27. General McCollum, inspector of railroads, took possession yesterday, in the name of the United States, of all the unfinished lccomoüvcs of the Portland Company's works. Tliey were being constructed for the 6ra d Trunk Kailway.
