In Manchester, on the 28th uit., at üie residence of her son-m-law, B. F. Sutton, Esq., of apoplexy, Mrs. Julia Goodyear, Widow of the late Hull Goodyear, Esq. Mrs. Goodyear and husband came here at quite in early day, and lieuce, viere wilnessea to the grovvüi and pro&perity of this part oi the country. She. as well as her late husband, were menibers of the M. E. Church, and had been l'ur the last tweuty-five or thirty years. The fiineial serrices were at tended at the M. E. Church at. this place, yesterday, at 1 o'clock, P. M. Á very la-ge concourse of people were in attendance on this soleinn occasion to uiingle their sympathies wifch the childien of tiie departid mother and othei relatives. J. H. B.
