Rotji, of this city, hasbrought a snit for libel agaiiist Dr. Chase of the Courier, baaed, we suppose, npon an article in the last issu of that journal, reflecting upon the officia action of the Jnstice, in a recent prosecution before him of a roman charged vyith keepin a disorderly house.
