Edwin Conant, of New York, for tho oonstruction of the Tuledo and Woodville Road, on tha terms specified in tho ordinauee of the City "ouncil passed April 8th and publiaued ie Commercial. Yesterday Mr. Conant entcred into a contract with the Toledo, Tillin & Columbus Jïailroad Co., for the coustruction of a Iload from Woodville via Tiiliu and Crestlinu to Lexington, on the Jlulti more & Ohio ltoad, below Mansücld. Tliis completes the lino from Toledo to Lexington. We aro informed that the Directors of tbe Toledo & Northern Railroad Co. are uow negotiatiug with partios with a view to arrangements for the extensión of the new Koad North frum Toledo, with fair prospecta of au carly and favorable conclusión.
