In the Circuit Court, on Monday, Jeokge Wood, charged wlth the minder f George Coleman, of Sharon. on the 3d f February, was put pon trial, and at 8 'clock P. M., Tucsday, the jury retumed a erdict of not gnilty. As there was no Ispale asto the homiclile thejury held the et to havo been commltted in sclf-defense. Prosecuting-Attorney Uhl conducted the ase for the peopïe, and the prisoner was efended by G. K. Palmer, of Manchester, ssisted by R. E. Frazeii, of thig city.
