Tho Flint Globo things thero aro no prospecta for the building of tho Road irom Ann Arbor to Saginaw viz. Flushing ; therefore, it urges tho building of a branoh Road froin Flint, to connect witil the Flint & Pero Jlarquetto Eoad. It thinks the latter Road would iron and stock tho branoh. The öUe'i artiele on this subject concludes as follows : We havo convorsed with ono of the officers of the F. & P. M. Railway Comuany, who informs us that judging from his exporience in. constructing Koads in this part of tho State, the cost of Roadbed, bridging, pilling and right of way, for the line from here to Flushing, would not exceed $10,000 per mile. ïho Flint Rivor Railway, from here to Otter Ike, will, it is estirnated, cost a less sum than that. That would iQiiko the expense only i for the wholc distance. It could j prob'ably bc built for a much Ies3 stna, but oven thafc amount is not beyond tho means attainable for such a purposs.
