A dispatch from Parsons, dated May 8th, says that eight dead bodies, including a child 18 inonth oíd, have been found Under the house of the Bender family, 13 miles west of the abovo place, in Labett oounty, and near vhich body of Senator York's brother was fourid. The Bender family left the country about two weeks ago, but the excitement is so great, and the determination to bring the guilty garties to justice so strong that no effort will be spared to affect their arrest. A 6pecial dispatch to the Kansas City Times from Cherry Vale, Kansas, the murder of Wm. York and others, gives the fullowing as the names of the bodies thus far discovered and identiiied : B. I McKonzis, iadeutified by his brother in-law ; H. ïeucher and child 18 moiiths old, idimtified by his father-in-law; V. F. T. Carthy, of the 123d Illinois Infat:try; D. Brown, idontifíed by a Howard oouniji man, had a silver ring on his littlo fingerwith iniiials; John Gearj' of Howrd county, indentified by his wife, and tVm. A. York by his brother, Col. A. M. York. All were killed by a blow on the top of the head with a hamnier, and had their throats ent, except the Httle girl. The ground Avill be plowed to-mon-ow for other bodies. Suspected parties will bp arrested to-night. Kajcsas City, Mo., May 10. - The Qherry Vale excitement is still at fever heat. The Times has specials to-night which give thö follovving additional purticulars: A forcé of. about ono hundred men are at the grounds of the slaughter, which is being plowed overagain, though no more graves have been fcund. The Boacb. family, of Ladone, seven miles from the slaughter, consisting of the old man and his wife, son Hod and wife. and Stevenson, John Harness and wife, and Thomas Tyke, wifo and daughter have been arrestad. A Mr King, u traveling district preaohor, has been arrestad at Parsons, mid a notorjous murderer once panloned from the pcnitentiaiy, named Mfijor Monford, and a ornas with him, were arreated at.
