The Boston Post says of the result in Ohio : This is all tho encouragement that is noeded, and is quite suffieient to point the way of futuro political action for that large body of citizens in every State who are waiting to organize under the hcad of reform. Ohio satisfactorily shows that the great and living Demooratie party is the party, and the only one, on which popular reliance can be placed fpr leading the country back to the paths of safety. Time has sufliciently tested its endurance, as well as the resistless integrity of its character. No otherorganization can now arise that is to set it asido and claim precedence in the urgent work of ret'orming the administration of the governinent. The same principies of puro Eepublicanism which Senator Thurman has enunciated in nis lucid and masterly marmer during the Ohio canvass are to steadily gain over the uopular opiniĆ³n uutil they become controlling again in the government and throughout the country. The Democratie party can justly derive froui the result of this election in Ohio, where the administration party eoncuntrated most powerful ett'orts on its own behalf, an encouragement such as it has not feit for years. The people are coming back to the only party that has administered the country's affairs with success, and eignifying tbeir readineas to intrust to its hand th servies which has for mauy years past been made the pretest for abuses still snppresseil move than revealed. The bow is in the sky for the Demooracy. '
