Gen. Sherman hasplanned and is successfully carrying out a flank niovemont against the Congrossioual economists. A Congressman now receivea .f5,000 yearly pay, whioh his allowances swell to #5,250 but the general of the ariny receives f 13,500 yearly pay, which his allowanoes swcll to $ 19,278.
