DKFAULT hiiving been made in the condition of a certain mortgage exeeuted by Jonathan líockert and Lydia his wife, of the townsbín of Dexter, county of "Wawhtenaw nnd ïrtate of Michigan, to Isaac Ray, of the same place, ou the twenty-flfth day of August, one thousand eight huudrtd and seventy, and recorded in the Uegister's office, in the coumy of Washtenaw and State oí' Michigan, on tho fourth day of November, a. i. 1870, at 3) o'clock f.
