A Few Figures On Salt

East Saginaw, Aug. 4. - The Report of tate Salt Inspector for July shows that 18,084 barrels of salt were inspeeted in ie State during the month. The" total mount inspeeted during the season to ug. lst was 556,313 barrels, divided in ie following qualities : Fine, 500,745 barels ; paokers, 6,940 barrels ; solar, 5,320 jarréis; second quality, 11,203 barrels. 'his amount, as compared with the coresponding period in 1873, shows an ncrease of 143,085 barrels.
