Mortgage Sale. DEFATJLT having been made in the eondition of aeertain montage Cwbereby the power of sale became operativo in said mortgage), executed by Samuel Bortle and Marión Bortle his wife, of Washtenaw county, State of Michigan, to Allen H. Ridon, of the county and State aforesaid, and dated theeighth day of Auguat, A D 1870, and recnrded inlhe Registers office, of the county of Washtenaw on the tenth day of August, 1870, at 1U o'clock p, m., in liber 44 and page 331, and duly assigned by said Allen H. Risdon to Morman B. Covert, of the township of Ann Arbor, the eecond day of January, 1872, which aaainment was r%corded July twenty-tírat, 1673, in liber 4 of assignment of mortgages, on page 73, and there being clairaed to be due on said i gage and the note accompanying the same forty-one dollars and táxty-eight cents, and alao four hundred : and ten dollrs, with interest at the rate of ten per cnt. per annum, from the date of August eighth, 1 874, which has become due by reason oí aaid default ani the election{of said raortgngee making the whole sum due on said mortgage and note four hundred and fiftynine dollai-s and twenty-one cents at the date of this notice, also m attorney fee of thirty dollars a provided for in said mortgage, and no proceedings at law or in chanceïy ha ving been instituted to recover the sarue or any part thereof : Notice is therefore herebygiven, that on Monday, the eighteenth day of January, 1875, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon of Baid day, at the Bouth door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor (that being the place of holding the Circuit Court for said county of Washtenaw), I 1 will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, the premises deacribed io said mortgage, or so much thereof as shall be necessary to aatisiy said amount, I with interi-st, costa and expenses, which premises I are described as follows, to wit : All of lot nuraber : aixteen, in section number fiye, in AUon H.
