The New Bridge

-Mr. Patrick McUiunis informs us that the Highway Commissioners oL the towuship of Scio closed a contract, on Thursday, with the King Iroii Bndge and Manufacturiug Company, of Cleveland, to erect a bridge over over Mili Greek, at Evarts & Co.'s dam. The contract price was 82,250, and the bridge is to be a Kiug wrought iron tubular arch, 85 feet span, with 18 feet roadway. The company is to f urnish the supports, which are to be ot wrought iron, resting on 3-inch oak plank, and coated with water-proof paint. The bridge is to be flnished ready tor travel by the first of January, and be subject to a test of 2,000 pounds to the linear foot. Payment is to be made February lat.
