rapidly approaching completion. The artists have this week finished the frescoing, and the pews are to be put in immediately, the Messrs, Phelps & Sill Bros. having taken the contract. The day for the dedication of the church has not yet been selected, but the ceremony will probably occur the second or third ÍSunday after Christmas. On Thursday evening. December 30th, there will be a lecture delivered in the church by au eloquent clergyman from Canada, and a grand slipper given by the ladies, in the old church, from which the seats will be -Dexter Leader.
