The adjourned annual meeting of the Washtenaw Mutual Insurance Company waa held in this city at Firemen's Hall, on Saturday last. A general discussion of matters pertaining to the interests of the Company was entered into. The following resolution was adopted : Resolved, That the Board of Officers of the Company, together with three persons appointed by the Chair, shall coustitute a committee whoae duty it shall be to recommend such amendments to the Cearter as in their judgment is necessary to meet all of the complicated questions, such as term of years f or poficies, and such other questions as they deern necessary ; to be reported at our next meeting to be held within 60 days from date, notice of said meeting to be given in the Ann Arbor papers. The chair then appointed the following persons to act with the Board of Officers ; J. J. Eobison, Samson Parker, and Allon Crittenden. A motion was adopted instructing the committou to report against Town Agents. And on further motion the meeting adjournod to meet on Wednesday, January 13, 1875.
