As I liave communioated to yon already, the ex-Empress Eugenio has again j ade a loan of 12,500,000 francs- that is, she has received this sum on the promise that it vill be paid back after the accession of her son to the thrcthS'. The former loans made by her circuíate in secret on the Bourse. The obligations afce printed on yellöw paper, and have a nominal valué of 100 francs, 500 francs, and 1,000 francs. After the acquittal of Paul de Cassagnac this scrip rose from 10 to 20 francs. This is natnrally no longer the case. The Carlist loan circuíate also much at the Bourse here. Euch ; obligation of this loan is 2,000 francs, on vthich 240 francs hiivo been paid. After ! Don Carlos' accession to the throne, 240 francs are stfll to be paid on each obligution, and the bearer of it is to reeeiye thcn 2,000 francs, Bpaidsh stock, iccording to the quotátion of the day.
