Sec. 1, Be it ordained by the Mayor, Recorder and Aldernien of the City of Ann Arbor, That section three of an ordinanee entitled " Aa Ordinance Relative tü Pounds and to Prevent Cattle Running at Large," made and passed tnCommoD Council, June 3, 1861, be and is hereby ainended so as to read as folio ws : Süc. 3. It shall be unlawful for any horse, mare, mule, colt, buil, ox, stoer, cow, calf, hog, shoat, pig, sheep, goose or duck, to go at large within the hmita oí' the city of Ann Arbor, and it shall be la w ful for any person, and it shall be tlie duty of the Marshal and each of his deputies of said city, to drive tlit; BftlOti topound or cause the sameto be so driven, and for driving the same to pound as aforesaid the Marshal, or any person so driving, shall be entitled to receive two dollars for each horse, mare, mule, colt, buil, ox, steer, cow, calf, hog or shoat, and live cents for each sucking pig, sheep, goose or d nek . At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the twentyaixth day of April, in the year one thousand eight bundred and aeventy Üve. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of George 8. Armstrong, deceased. Newton Sheldon, Ëxecutor of said estáte, comea into court ard representa that he is now prepaied to r'ender his second uocount as such executor. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Thurüday, the twenty-seventh day of May next, at teo o'c.Kck in the forenoon, be asaigred for examining and allowing nucli account, and that the devisees, legatees and hen s at law of said deceased, and all other persons mterested in said estáte, are required to ppear at a sesaion of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, íf any there be, why the said account should not be allowed : And it is f urther ordered that said executor give notice to the persons intereated in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Michigan Argus, a aewipaper printed and circulatmg in said county, three Buceessive weeks previous to said day oí hearing. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Rosiuu Nagel, formerly Rosina Miller, incompetent. Leonhard Gruner, Guardian of said estáte, comes into oourt and representa that he ia now piepaied to rende r his final account as such Guardian.
