At a special meeting of St. Lawrenoe Benvolent Society, of Ann Arbor, the ioHowiug reamble and resolutions were unnniinously adopted ; Wheekas, It has pleased Almighty Uod, in lis infinite wi6dom, to ramove irom our mulst y death our worthy and beloved memlier, ohn Healy, therefore, be it Resolved, That we, the members of St.. Lawence Benevolent Society, while bowing in mmble submission to tbc decrees of our divino dustcr, who iu the exercise of His owu will, doetb all things well, dceply deplore the loss sustained in tlie vacancy 'oauseci by the death of one we loved so well. Resolved, That we deeply sympathize with the iiimily of our deceased brother, and tender them our beartfelt aympathy aud coudolence in thia their dark hour of trouble and affliction. Resolved, That in the doath of our brotber the Suciety has lost a true and faithful inember. Resolved, That a oopy of the foregoing resolutions be entered ou the books of the Society, and a oopy presentad to the relatives of the deceased, and that tliey be pubjished in the city papers.
