-The regalar term of he Circuit Court will open on Tusday next, March 21st, at 10 o'clook A. M., Judga Hunting;on presiding. The terra calendar is as folows: Issues of Fact, - - 42 Criminal, - - - - 3 ssues of Law, ■ mparlance, - - - - 6 Chancerv. l3t class, - - - 13 2d " - - 3 h " - - 15 Total, - - - - #78 The jury has been summoned to appear on the first day of the term, and lawyers and tigauts will be expected to be ready from the word " go." ___ -The Ward boards of tration will be in session at the following places on Wednesday, March 29th, for the parióse of correcting the registry hsts of their sereral wards : lst at F. Sorg'a shop, Washington at. 2d " -at W. Herz'a shop, " " 3d _at the Sheriff's office, Court House. 4th " -at the shop of M. Kogers. 5th -at the shop of A. M. Doty. 6th " -at the building known as McDonald's store. The sessions will commence at 9 o'clock A.. M. and close at 7 o'clock P. M. Any elector who has moved into the city during the yeaT, or has changed his residence trom one Ward to another, should see that his name is properly egistered.
