Mortgage Sale. WHEREA9 Frederick Lindawer, of the township of Lodi, County oí Washtenaw, Michigan, on the twenty-eighth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, executed a mortgage to Henry L. James, of Williamsburgh, MaasachusettB, to se cure 1 he payment of certain principal and interest, being the purchaae money therein mentioned, which mortgHge was recorded in the office of the Regisier of Deeds of the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, aforesaid, on the 19th day of February, A. IJ. 1874, at 3:50 o'elock p. m. of said day, in liber 49 of inortgages, on page 523 ; And whereaü default has been made for more than thirty days in the payment of an installment of principal and interest which beeame dne on the twenty-eighth day of January, A.
