The following is the disposition of cases in the Circuit Oourt ainca our last report : CHANCEBY CASES. Nellie V. Coon vs. William H. Coon, decree of divorce granted. Augusta Miller vs. Julius Millar, decree ot divorce granted. Eliza Bird vs. OliTer Bird, deer of divorce denied. John Smith vs. John Johu W. Cowan, deeree granted for $770.64. Maria J. Root vs. L. H. Hay&es, decree of foreclosure granted. Geo. S. Capwell vs. S. G. Rowley nd Wallace Welch, demurrer overruled without costs. Wm. aud Rose Lavey vs. Thomas and John McGuinness, dismissed witheout prejudice to either party. Nathan H. Cary vs. Cyrus Backus et ai., demurrer overruled with $10 costs. Ann Bassett vs. Smith and Albeit Botsford, decree granted. MISCELLANEOUS. Edward S. Jaffrey et al., vs. John Divine, judgment on default for $500. Andrew Miller vs. Jerry O'Brien, judgment on default for $105.69. Fruacis McMahon vs. Oatharine Vaughn, judgment to det'eudant for costs. Adelaide Lewitt vs. James M. Forsyth, order for final judgment as per verdict. Elias Haire vs. Peter Van Hora, order for final judgment as per verdict ; 20 d&ys granted in vvMch to file and settie bill of exceptions. C. Mack and F. Schmid vs. J. D. Klef, dfault set aside with usual costs. Mary Osim t. John Muehlig et ai., demurrer overruled, ló days to plead. Gottlieb Schneider vs. John Muehlig et al., demurrer overruled, 15 days to plead. Matthew Schneider vs. John and Florian Muehlig, demurrer overruled with costs, 15 days to piead. The tenth animal meeting of the Ladies' Library Aseociation was held on Monday atteruoon in the parlors f the Presbyterian Ghurch. The following ladies were selected as members of the Board of Directora : Mrs. Adama, Mrs. Douglas, Mrs. Ten Brook, Mrs. Scott, and Mrs. Rgers. Mrn. Angelí was reelectod President ; Mrs. Ten Brook Vioe-Prssident : Mrs. D'üog Secretary ; and Mrs. Tyler Treasurer. The Treasurer's report shows the receipts for the year to hav been $536.51 ; a balance of $116 38 rmains in the treasury. 165 boek have have been added to the library in the past twelve months, making the number at the present time 1,636. During the year just closed 1,112 more books have been drawn than in the preceding year. For books presentad the Association is mdebted to Mrs. Dr. Smith, Mrs. Hurd, of Tecumseh, Miss VVhouton, Miss Henriques, Mrs. Angelí, Mrs. Prescott, Prof. Harrington, and Prof. Tn Brook.
