Mortgage Sale. WHEREA8 Frederick Lindawer, of the township of Lodi, County of Waahtenaw, Michigan, on the twenty-eighth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, executed a mortgage to Henry L. James, of Williamsburgh, Massachusetts , to se cure Ihe payment of certain principal and interest, being the purehaae money therein mentioned, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Washtenaw una State of Michigan, aforesaid, on the I9th day of February, A. D. 1874, at 3:5U o'clock p. m. of said day, in liber 49 of mortgages, on page f23 ; And whereas default haa been mude for more than thirty days in the payment of an installment of principal and interest which became dne on the twenty-eighth day of January, A. D. 1875, by reaaon whereof, and pursuant to the term of naid mortgage, said mortgagee heieby electa that no much of said principal as remains unpaid, with all arrearagea of interest thereon hall become due and payable immediately ; And wheiens there is claimed tobe due and unpaid on said mortgage at the date of thia notice, the sum of seveuteen hundred and thirty dollars and forty-sevcn cents; alao an attorney fee of flfty dolbirs as a reasonable aolicitor's or attorney's fee, should any proceedings be taken to foreclose the same, in addition to all other legal costs, and no suit or proceediags having been had either ín law or equity to recover the same or any part thereof : Notice thereiore is hereby given that on the thirteenth day of May next, at two o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the front door of the Court House i'i the city of Ann Arbor (that being the place of holding the Circuit Court for aaid county j, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, I shall sell at public anction, to the highest bidder, the premiaes described in said mortgage, to aatisfy the amount of principal and interest above claimed as due, with the charges of such sale and an uttorney's fee of fifty dollars, all those certain piecea or parcela of land, sitúate and being in the township of Bridgewater in the county of Wathtenaw and State of Michigan, and described aa f ollows, to wit : Being the west half of the west half of the northwest quarter of section number nina ; algo the southeaat quarter of the northeast quarter of section number eight, all in towuship uumber iour(4j south of range number four f4) east, containing eigl ty acres of land more or less. DEFAULT having been made in the conditions of a eertain mortgage made and executed by Viola B. Robinson, of Lansing, Michigan, to Philip Bach, of the city of Aun Arbor, Michigan, bearing date the twenty-seventh day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw county, Michigan, on the 4thday of May, A. D. 1871, at 12 o'clock M., in liber 45 of mortgages, on page 91, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice, for principal and interest, the um of one thousand and eighty-seven dollars ($1,087), together with an attorney's fee of thirty dollars should any proceedings be taken to foreclose the same, and nu proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the same, or any part thereof: Notice Is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained, and pursuant to the statute in such case made and provided, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the third day op June, A. D. 1876, at the south door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor (that being the building in which the Circuit Court for the couuty of Washtenaw is held), the premises described in aaid mortgage, to satisfy the amount due thereon, with said attorney's fee and costs and expenses of sale, to wit : All that certain piece or parcel of land being three rods iu width east and west, and fronting on the south end on Washington street, and aix rods in length north and south, and being in the southwest corner of a piece of land formerly sold by Alvin W. Chase to hilip Bach, and by Philip Bach and wife this day to Viola B.
