Tho Cincinnati Oazcttc says : "Mr. Dietz wears snch a suit of clothos as a farmer would have ou whena circus comes to town, orthe plow horsc trots around the hálf-mile track of a county fair. He carnes a cano aud a small 'gripsack,' his heavier baggage beiug trausported by railroad. He does not walk tho track, but seeks the ordiuary roads, aud speuds his nighte were he happens to be when the sim gets down. Mr. Dietz does not care mucli when he gets to the Centennial Exhibition, as he is under uo agreement to be there by any specified time, but he likes to make about twenty-fivc miles a day. He manifosts aa interest iu tho man who is wheeling a barrow full of Missouri minoráis, tho similarity of their undortakiug O'oating a bond of sympathy between them. As Mr. Dietz has no incumbrances, thc man with tho whcelbarrow will uo doubt be left far behind in the Ccntenuiid walk."
