West Point Cadet

The Seoretary of War has notihed Representativo Waldrou to nomínate a legaily qualifíed candidato for appomtinent as cadet to the Military Academy at West Pint, trom this Congressional District. A competitive examination of the young men offering themselves for the nomination will be held at Hillsdale on Tuesday, September 12th. The caudidate recommended by the Examining Board will be nominated by Mr. Waldron, and will be requirei to report at Weat Point on the 12th of June next for examination by the officers of the Academy.- Hillsdale Standard.
