Tlio will of the lato Speaker Kerr devises in substance that all tlie law-books of which be shall be the owner at the time of hia death, and used by hiin ns a law library, shall be held in trust by his wife for tLe use of his sou, Samuel B. Kerr. He leaves all his property, real aud personal, in trust with his wife, dnring lier life, and at her death, if hor son should survive her, tho property will bje bequeathed to him. He also provides that his niotlier aud his wifo's mother hall bo provided for so far as his wife's ability may perrait her so to do, and he concludcs by mout earnestly besceciiing his son to cherish nlways a üiost sincere love of justice and lrnth, and to maÜae uil his aims in lifo consistont therewith, ind thcy eimnot fail to b( high wid noble.
