The Minnesota Liquor Law
The Suf reme Court of Minnesota has affirmed the constitutionality of that very excellent and wholesome law, passec in 1873, requiring each liquor-dealer in the State io pay $10 annually for the establishment and maintenance of a State Asyium for Inebriates.
