Chancery Order. UTATE OF MICHIGAN, in the Circuit. Court for KJthe County of Washtenaw- In Chaueery : Silas H. Douglas, coinplainant, v$. James McMahon, Fanny McMahon, William C. Hughes. ITarriette . liray, John T. Bradlee, and George O. Sears, and also Iilizabcth Hutchinson, Edwin Packard, and Charlea Louis Pincke, exeeutors of Samuel Hutchiuson, deceased, defendants. Upon due proof by athdavit that William C. Hnghes, Harnette W. tiray, John T. Bradlee, Georgo O. Sears, Elilzbeth Hutchinson, Edwin Packard, and Charles Louis Fincke, defendants in the above entitled cause pending in this court, residu out of the satd State of Michigan, and that said defeudant Hughes resides in the State of Indiana ; and the defcudants Gray, Biadlee, and Sears reside in the State of Massachusetts ; and the defendants Hutchinson Packard, and Fiucke reside in the State of New York ; and on uiotion of Alpheus Felch, solicitor for complainant, it. is ordcrod that the suid defendants Hughes, Gray, Bradlee, Sears. Hutchinson, Packard, and Fincke do appuar and answer the bill of complaiut, filed in the said cause, within three months frora the date of this order, else the said bill of complaint shall he taken as conlessed by said defendants Hughes, Gray, Bradlee, Sears, Hutchinson, Packard, and Fincke : And further, that thia order be published within twenty days from thi8 date in the Michigan Argus, a newspaper printed in the said County of Washtenaw, and be published therein once in each week for six weeks in succeasion ; such publication, however, shall not be necessary in case a copy of this order be served on the said defendauta Hughes, Gray, Bradlee, Sears, Hutchinson, Packard, and Fiucke, persónally, at least tweuty daya before the time prescribed for their appearance.
