- Prof. Mead, of Oberlin, preached in the Congregational Church on Sunday laat, - The children's offeringa at St. Aiidrevr'a Church od Eister Sunday (their Lenteu sayings) amounted to $180. - Bev. C. รถ. Howland, of Kaiamazoo, will preach in the Unitarian Church on Sunday next, moruing and eremng. Subject for erening, " Mistaken Methods." - The niisBos of the M. E. Church cleared about f 80 at their fair on Fnday erening last. They treated their patrons handsomely and wer as courteous and lady-like as their older aiaters could hare done. - The regular annual meeting of St. Andrew's parish was held on Easter Monday and the following officers elected : Wardeus - John M. Wheeler, Chauncey H. Millen. Veatrymen- Prof. H. S. Frieze, Dr. A. B. Palmer, Dr. 8. H. Douglas, Dr. E, Wella, Prof. J. W. Langley, John W, Johnaton, James Boyd, aud Charlea S. Deuiaon. - The session of the Unitarian Oonferenc, whioh :omnnnc8d in this city on Tuesday Tening and elosed yesterday nuon, wa largely attended both by ministerial and lay delagates The exercises, cousistiug of sermons, essays, and discussions were iuteresting. A very enjoyable social, with a generous supper, was giren in the basement rooms of the churoh ou Wednesday evening.
