To Pot Fish. - Out up choice pieoes of fisli, season "with pepper, salt and plover ; put tbem into a dish ; cover ylosely ; bake one hour. Gkaiiam Tea-Oake.- One cup sugnr, two eggs, beaten togethér, one cup sour cream, two-thirds teaspoonful soda, one teaspoonful salt, two slightly henped cups Grahani flour, one teaspoonful emon extract or half a nutnicg. Buke in a moderate oven. Lamps becomo incrusted inside with scttlings from the oil, and ordinnry washing will not romovc ihem.
