Temperance Prayer Meetings
At a reyular meeting oí the Womans' Cluistiau Temperauce Union uu Tueaday, Jan. 22, it was decided to hold religious meetings uext week, m the basement of the Opera House, beginning Mouday eveniug, January 28, at half-past seven o'clock. The topics for eaoh üvening will be as foiluws: Jlonday evening Prayer for all temperauce workeis, that -the spirit of God muy ba pnured upou thera ; Tuesday eveniug, for G-ort's Messing upon' reformad raen and tlieir families; We tuesday stalling, that Grod may visit with his spirit all who deal in mtoxicauts, impressiug them with the terrible sinntulness of the traffic ; Thursday uvening, tor driuking men and their families ; Friday eveniog, that all God's people uiay be aroused to the great importance of this work, and realize thoir individual respc.uaibility. If a meetiug shall bo held on Saturday eveuing, it will be annouuced on Friiiay eveUÍllff. All are iuvited to be present at these meetings, and especially are all members of the W. 0 ï.
