Wilkinsou, and dated The eighth day of March, A. D. 1873, and recorded ín the office oí' the Register of Deeds of Washtenaw County, State of Michigan, in liber 49 of mortgages at page 3t7, and whereas there is now due and unpaid on said rnortgage and bond accompanying the same, the sum of two hundred and tuty-three dollars, and to beOome due hereafter the, sum oí' twelve hundred dollars, with annual interest at the raie of ten per cent., also an attoruey's fee of fifty dollars provided lor in siiid niorttfage, and whereas no proceecj at law or in equity have been taken to collectrthe same or any part thereof: Now, therefore, notie e is hereby given that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the statu te in such case made and provided, on Saturday, the FIFTEENTH DAYOP Jb'NE, A.
