Repealing The Bankrupt Law

Tho following is the full text of the bilí whicli passed the Umtcd Statos Senate, repealing the present Brankrupt law : jle U enacteé by ■ Señale and Ifousc of Rejn'xcittjilives of llie United Sttxteê of Amerita iti Congress assembled, That the JSankrupt laT, approved March 2, 186V, and all acts in amendmentor supplemeDtaiy theroto, er in explauation thcreof , lio and tho samo aro hereby repealod ; providcd, howevor, that such repeal shall in no manuer invalídate or affect anj1 case in bankruptcy instituted and pending in any court prior to the day wheu thi act shall take effect, but bh to all such pending casos and all futuro proccedinga thorcin, the acts hereby repealed ehall bc in full forco and effect untü the famc sliall bo f ully disponed oí in the samo mannor as if aaid act had jiot been repealed. It will be observed that tho repeal will be total, no modifications appearing, exoept that no cases now pending shall bc afl'ucted by its provisions.
