The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate üourt for said county, conimissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demanda of all persons against the estáte of Eliphalet LewlB, late of said county, deeeaaed, hereby give notice tbat aix months trom date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for creditora to present their claims agaiuBt the estáte of said deceaaed, and that they will meet at the late residence of said deceased, in the township of Salem, in aid eounty, on Tnuraday, the seventeenth day ot ctober, and on Friday, the seveuteenth day of anuary next, at ten o'cloek a. m. of each of said lys , to receive, examine and adjust said claims. George Miller, executor of the last will and teatameut of said deceased, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render bis final account as such executor.
