Estáte of John Eisele. OTATE OP MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the Pounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, n the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the flfth ay of August, in the year one thousand eight ïundred and sevehty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John Eisele, eceased. Anton Eisele, executor of the last will and tesament of said deceased, comes into court and epresents that he is now prepared to render his nal account as sueh executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Wednesday, the fourth day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs at Iaw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said exeeutor give notice to the persons interestec in said estáte, of the pendency oi said accountant the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publighed in the Michigan Aryus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing- WILLIAM D. On reading and filing the petition, duly venfled, of Horace Lathrop, praying that a certain instrument now on die in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of aaid deceaaed, may be admitted to probate, and that Betsey J.
