At a session of the Probate Court for the Pounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, n the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the flfth ay of August, in the year one thousand eight ïundred and sevehty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John Eisele, eceased. Anton Eisele, executor of the last will and tesament of said deceased, comes into court and epresents that he is now prepared to render his nal account as sueh executor.
