The receipts of stock at the Michigan Central Yards last week were: 52 horses, 41 cattle, 13,437 hogs, and 3,769 sbeep. 'he market was duli generally, with a mail supply of all grades of stock. Cattle sold at prices 26c higher tlian the week previous, the stock being uauch better in quality than usual. Sneep were uil, with a few sales at f4 75@5 25 per wt. Hogs sold at f3 40@H 60. Notover hundred hogs were sold, and but few more were in the yards. The following were the principal sales f cattle: 7 butchers, av 810 ifcs, at f3 25 er cwt; 10 steers, av 1,157 lbs, at $4 25 er cwt ; 5 choice steers, av 935 lbs, at 4 25 per cwt ; 5 cows, av 876 lbs, at $3 er cwi ; 11 mixed head av 947 bs, at $3 65 per cwt; 9 mixed butchers, v 1,007 lbs, at$3 60 per cwt; 6 extra stee re v 1,075 lbs, at 4 75 per cwt; 17 head, av ,127 lbs, at $4 per cwt; 6 good steers, av 30 lbs, at f3 85 per cwt; Brown to J. oosemore, 'l cows. av 980 lbs, at f2 75 per cwt; 3 stockers, av 797 lbs, at f3 40 'er cwt; 2 cows av 900 lbs at f24 per ïead ; 1 steer, 606 lbs, at 2 60 per owt.
