Flowers Adding Color To Main St. - Downtown is "blooming." City Parks Department employe Merle Rohraff waters potted geraniums along the Elizabeth Dean Promenade on Main St. After these blooms fade the pots will be replaced with others containing later-blooming chrysanthemums, which in turn will be removed to make way for spring bulbs.
