C OF C DIRECTORS: Supt. of Schools Jack Elzay (left), Ralph A. Sawyer, University vice-president for research (center), and John Strand, president of Strand Engineering Co., were elected yesterday to one-year board terms with the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce. Elzay was re-elected after having served on the C of C board last year.
